    Great picture and smart tv options but the user interface is sluggish and slow. There is a delay when selecting apps and things that makes it frustrating and I click on stuff on accident cause it’s lagging behind inputs. Ended up just buying a new 4K max firestick to use instead of using built in apps. Other than that I have no complaints on the tv for the price. Also note I did all updates on the tv. Was hoping that would help but didn’t seem to.

    Very good picture on this 55 inch set.Sound is adequate. Remote control is not intuitive to control this Google TV. It is a smart TV which can install all streaming apps. Best of all, the TCL has a large selection of live TV without antenna or cable I recommend the 55 inch TCL for those on Economy.

    I love the TV, and the picture is amazing. The price was also great, but I do have two problems with the TV. One is that there is white light on the top and bottom of the screen, which isn’t very noticeable when watching but it is still a problem with this model it seems, and the fact that I cannot download Xfinity Stream on the TV since it is a Google TV.

    Picture quality is great...even better than my 2016 ish Samsung QLED. No idea on sound because I use a soundbar. Only complaint I have is that even though I have EARC setup, the TV will not turn up the volume of my HW-Q800A nor will it power it on or off. I checked the settings and there is nothing in there. But, it does play through the soundbar. Maybe I missed a setting in there. I paid the BF price of $230 and it definitely was a fantastic deal
