    My old plasma TV finally stopped working and I was delighted to see the great TV prices at Best Buy. The new smart TV has a crisp sharp display and the speakers are so much better than the old TV that I don't even need a sound bar when using it in my bedroom. I'm very pleased with the quality, the price and the availability.

    The TV is fine, nice sound, color, etc. for the price. But the remote is huge (8"+) and doesn't have a pause button. Because of that, I hooked up an old Roku. But, I gave up on it when I couldn't find a way to go from HDMI 2 to HDMI 1. I also don't look the look of the screen when it is just opened. It's overly complicated and pushing things I've already seen. Best Buy was great about letting me return this and get a different TV - a 55" Roku. They had delivered and set up the TCL, and they will come deliver and set up the Roku - FREE because I am a Best Buy member. The membership is worth every cent I spend on it each year to have 24/7 IT support on all the electronics I have in my home or car, whether I bought them at Best Buy or not. "House calls" usually incur a charge, but I normally connect with Geek Squad on line and let them take control of my computer.
