    The display is beautiful at a great price. The software is super slow, it is very complicated to setup the apps you want to display on the screen, however there is a quick launch bar you setup your favorite apps.

    At first i was a little intimidated by this tv because i was unfamiliar with it but i love being able to download apps that i like instead of preloaded ones i dont even look at and i love being able to only have to use one remote.

    Erratic TV. Worthless warranty from company.

    It works well sometimes, but responds slowly to input from the remote control. Then it sometimes flips channels randomly. Best Buy said I had to contact the TCL company for warranty service. They only said to reset the TV. It works temporarily, then the problem recurs.

    Na and Herbert sucks. This is why you always get t v s in person. Ended up going with the mini led qm7 instead. If you are just using it for streaming it’s perfect.

    Great QLED TV for the price of $230! Color is much better than my 4 series BF deal from 2020. You dont need a 500 or 600 dollar model for your bedroom. This is it! No one can tell the difference unless they are being a snob

    So far so good but im not picky. Sold as nee but when I selected the option to return to factory presets everything changed so my guress is that ut was open box. Also it feels slightly undersaturated (when streen is black its lighter arou d the edges.

    Great tv for the price! Best buy had early black friday sales and it was great! My previous TV had lasted almost 10 years and the graphics on this one blew me away. I didn't know what I was missing. Thank you Best Buy!

    So far I LOVE my new TV. Only one negative and it was my fault. Remember to measure your TV stand before you purchase a new TV. My new TV doesn't fit on my existing TV stand so now I have buy a new one - lol.
