      The remote is both IR and Bluetooth (BT). The remote will function as an IR remote until Google assistant is connected (BT), after the remote is connected through BT, then only the power button will function as IR, the rest of the buttons will work on BT.     Great tv for the price. 60hz 4k but can push 144hz for 2k which is nice for PS5. Would recommend if you're looking for a budget TV we relatively good performance for the price.
