    Great picture. However, one of the HDMI ports no longer works 9 months into ownership. 10 months in and now we've lost volume and it takes a very long time to boot up.

    More trouble than it’s worth

    If I hadn’t gotten this thing for half price on Black Friday, I’d have tossed it out the window by now. Started off fine for a few months, but now I find myself restarting it more often than a Windows 95 PC. Will frequently just not show video when streaming, only playing the audio, and only a reboot fixes it. Sometimes will just not power on, and I have to get up and unplug from the wall to get it going again. Today it randomly just wouldn’t pull up the Netflix playback controls or captions, and all I could do was pause. If you guessed that I had to reboot to get it back to normal, you win. Gets a star for the gaming features that seem to work as advertised. Just wondering how long I have until it just stops working at all.

    Tv build and picture quality is good. But tv remote is stopped working after few months . It is not getting paired with other remotes available on stores and not getting original tcl remote. Customer care is always same ivr and no representative to help with problem

    Picture was good and the platform was good, but the Tv stopped turning on after a few weeks. I would have to pull the plug and let it reset to turn it on… so returned it for a different brand.
