DO NOT BUY THIS TELEVISION

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TELEVISION TO ANYONE! IVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES SINCE DAY 1 AND I'M GETTING THE RUN AROUND WITH TCL SUPPORT ON THIS FOR OVER A MONTH! I turn the television on, get my services up, and the TV turns off, I turn it back on, try again, get my service on, it turns off again, then I turn it back on and the screen flashes constantly not allowing me to do anything. I have to unplug the television, wait, plug it back in, then the television will finally allow me to watch something. This happens WEEKLY. I've been trying to get TCL to fix/replace this horrible television and they keep having me do "trouble shooting" for over a month. This is getting ridiculous.

Shadows on TV in less than a year

Experience persistent issues

The Google operating system has issues and returned the tv thinking it was an isolated issue with that particular unit. But after getting a replacement of the same tv the issue persisted.

No app for Spectrum TV.

Tried a Roku device but this downgraded the picture quality. Returned and bought a Hisense Xumo set.

Not worth the savings

It would automatically kick you back to the home screen after a few minutes of using an app. Eventually the TV would reboot no matter what you tried to do, even in the settings menu. I tried to factory reset and it kept rebooting while I was entering my WiFi password. Maybe I just had a defective TV, but I'll never buy a TCL brand TV again. I'll actively encourage people to stay far away.

Too slow interface and hdmi arc malfunctions

Sometime sound coms from both tv and soundbar -> When a YouTube music is played in more than 1x and the output is via sound arc the sound the sound breaks.

Worst tv ever . Cant believe Best Buy sells this

Best Buy told me they can’t take a look at it due to the manufacturer warranty’s and tcl is making me jump through hoops I am on the verge of giving up . Might just cancel my credit card … awful just awful
