    Would not recommend. The Google operating system has issues and returned the tv thinking it was an isolated issue with that particular unit. But after getting a replacement of the same tv the issue persisted.

    Very bad quality. Had it for a week and then it stopped working. Screen would turn on, but would stay on a black screen. So I exchanged it and the new one lasted 30 days before doing the same thing as the first one. Now I’m out around $400 bc Best Buy won’t return it.

    Awful especially for the price darkness washes throughout any scene which it shouldn’t some scenes you can barely see because it’s so dark

    Not worth the savings

    It worked great for about 30 minutes. It would automatically kick you back to the home screen after a few minutes of using an app. Eventually the TV would reboot no matter what you tried to do, even in the settings menu. I tried to factory reset and it kept rebooting while I was entering my WiFi password. Maybe I just had a defective TV, but I'll never buy a TCL brand TV again. I'll actively encourage people to stay far away.

    No app for Spectrum TV.

    Can not get Spectrum app for our TV provider through google that is standard on this set. Tried a Roku device but this downgraded the picture quality. Returned and bought a Hisense Xumo set.

    Worst tv ever . Cant believe Best Buy sells this

    By far the worst tv I have ever purchased .. bought it on my Best bur credit card in Nov and by March it had a black screen . Best Buy told me they can’t take a look at it due to the manufacturer warranty’s and tcl is making me jump through hoops I am on the verge of giving up . Might just cancel my credit card … awful just awful

    Too slow interface and hdmi arc malfunctions

    After using this tv for a month: -> Apps open very slow and there is a lot of lag while running the tv. -> When a sound bar is connected via HDMI arc the sound shuffles randomly beetween tv and sound bar. Sometime sound coms from both tv and soundbar -> When a YouTube music is played in more than 1x and the output is via sound arc the sound the sound breaks.

    Great picture till it went out

    Liked it for the price till the picture went out a couple of months ago after only a year and a half. Now using a 11 year old TV till can afford a new one.

    The picture is great. However I am having issues with my apps. I have to keep unistalling and reinstalling. Sometimes it works but it is a pain. I used to buy only TCL. I will no longer be loyal to this brand.

    The tv is fine but the delivery was horrible. First tv comes broken, takes a week to get next appt to get new tv. They deliver to wrong house AFTER confriming address. Wait another week and they deliver the WRONG TV. Came back with correct tv after going back to previous appointment and taking that tv back so i should have paid for an open box TV. Wont ever use best buy again

    This is the worst TV I’ve ever seen. It’s almost offensive that Best Buy sells this product. The lag and frame rate is atrocious. Unwatchable.

    Customer service need to be improved

    I like the TCL tv I’ll give 5 star but I have to give one star because of Best Buy service. My remote came as damage and I tried calling them Best Buy customer service more than 5 times and they keep putting on hold to review and always it get disconnected and finally when I go to store that I like Tv can you just replace the TV remote but they denied ask me to follow up with TCL company. So I am following up with TV company if don’t receive than I will just return tv to Best Buy.

    Exceeded my expectations. According to me best display settings are in ‘Think the unthinkable’ YouTube channel. My room is small so 55 inches seemed too big.

    Horrible UI experience. This is the slowest TV I ever owned. I have had multiple TVs in this price range in different brands. I think it probably has to do with Google TV OS. It makes the TV really slow. Like I am operating a TV in 90s.
