    This is one of the worst tvs I’ve purchased. It glitches all the time. The paramount app stops and we have to uninstall and reinstall all the time to watch. Some of the other apps do this intermittently. It is slow to start up and overall a waste of money.

    Its good if you need/want a cheap TV. Visual quality is 6 out of 10. Sound is 3 out of 10. Exchanged it for Hisense U7.

    Horrible Quality

    You’d expect a little more out of a low class brand like TCL but nope. TCL thought it was a good idea to put a barcode sticker on the front side of the panel. There is adhesive residue on a brand new panel. I then peeled off the useless wrap that literally peeled the screen off the display. Not worth discounted price. Bought this for my workout room because it was the cheapest TV I could find. Now I know why.

    Picture and sound will not Zink. Two installation people have come out not fix problems, I have called back for help and no reply. Help!! Sometimes the sounds just go mute Stam Magee

    Absolutely junk. Had it for 2 weeks and the picture went out. Their customer service is a joke. Buy a real brand. TCL is GARBAGE!

    Honestly, I have no idea what it is with this TV is glitching it’s slow and I’m not too sure I like Google TVs

    I guess you pay what you get for. It was cheap but the interface lags so much. And the controller feels very cheap. Being a chinese brand sure does feel like it. Will not TCL TV ever again.

    Was rated in top 10 choices... purchased and the Google TV platform would not function.... 2 hours on the phone with TCL TV customer service to Find out this issue was not on uncommon...packed it back in the box and returned it

    Price match a jke

    Requested a price match twice since TV went on sale at Best Buy after purchase. Both times the rep said I would see it shortly on my bill. Still haven’t see it. This started a month ago.

    Within 2 months there’s a horizontal line through the picture. Frustrating and will have to take tv in for repair I’m assuming since the return window has expired.
