    I wish I can give it less than zero the screen blow up and it’s still at the so called best buy insurance who got me running around and never did anything complete waste of money never buying best buy brands again

    The Fire operating system is new to me so I Don't know for sure if it's normal to buffer and load so much more than my less expensive televisions do. I returned it.

    Can’t recommend

    We’ve had the tv for a short period of time, and operationally, it’s just been very slow. Along with that, the screen will sometimes freeze while the sound will continue. And then there’s times that the sound just skips. I have other tv’s in the the house that operate fine while this is going on so I’ve ruled out the internet.

    Beware of open box buys

    Horrible experience it was an open box by normally I’ve had no issues with it. However, this one was missing screws for the base had no remote. I mean everything that went wrong could’ve went wrong. I took it back. They were able to give me my money back and I bought the same TV but bigger and newer for almost the same price.

    Absolutely terrible TV. We have had nothing but issues with it since we purchased it. The back of the remote constantly falls off. The tv shuts off constantly, the audio just went out and now we cant watch anything. There is no reason for these issues and it has been beyond frustrating to deal with. Do not buy this tv. We’ve only had it for 5 months and it’s already completely broken. It’s been mounted on the wall the entire time and untouched, no reason it should be a lemon. Wish we could take it back.

    When it was working it had good quality in both picture and sound however it would turn off randomly, sometimes it would go into a weird startup mode, similar to safety reboot on computers. HDMI would switch correctly at times. Wouldn’t recommend it

    It's slow, colors are ok. HDR doesn't work since an update removed the option to enable it in settings. I'd like it if the price was a little lower.

    Overall a decent TV but on the second day the picture went out and I had to reset the software to get it to work again…honestly afraid to throw out the giant box

    Green Screen

    Bought this for my mother. Got it all set up, shortly thereafter she started getting a green screen regardless of app being used. This was my first experience with TCL and sad to say I'm beyond unhappy. If there isn't an easy permanent fix, this is going back. I'll adjust my rating/review accordingly. As of right now I would NOT recommend.

    I bought tv in last black friday , when I open the box tv for firt time this weekend , I saw that it was screen broken , I went to the store and they told me that they can not do anything for me, I never use my tv and never check my tv when I go out the store, I recommend no buy anything in black Friday in Best buy

    I bought a TV, and when I got home, I discovered the screen was broken. I returned to the store and exchanged it for an identical one, but this time, I checked it at the store. The second one was also broken. So, it’s better to always check TCL products.

    tv had a software issue that it couldn't maintain aspect ratio with older shows. Understanding this is normal but not to where it has a 2" vertical width making viewing impossible. Returned for an LG
