No more switching video modes manually, i just launch my game and boom smart hdr takes over

MY NEW QLED TV!!!

Can't really complain about the graphics and illumination, after all it is a QLED!!! The one feature it's missing from it being a five star in my opinion would be the ability to Bluetooth headphones,headset, etc...

Small Internet issue

Just OK

So far, i've noticed that it has issues with switching inputs to HDMI. It just showed a black screen until I hard reset the TV. Same problem I had with my first unit, so if it continues, it's definitely going back. But the picture quality is mediocre, and the brightness, black level, and color depth, is well below the Sony Bravia I bought 5 years ago, but the lag input time is way lower. Still debating on whether it's worth keeping or not. Definitely underwhelming for a QLED

Our Go-To Brand!!

The remote will function as an IR remote until Google assistant is connected (BT), after the remote is connected through BT, then only the power button will function as IR, the rest of the buttons will work on BT. Hesitant Purchase

Poor audio

I’ve been to TCL support, and they offered no answers. I also went to Best Buy support. They merely explained that since I was beyond the 15 day return period, there was nothing they could do. They did offer to send out the Geek Squad, which is something I would have to pay for. No thanks. I’m going to try a soundbar. Another $150.
