    Nice picture, BUT remember how slow dialup internet was? This TV is slower to boot up, freezes on startup. I'm continuously having to reboot it to get the startup menu to load. This is a know problem with TCL and there is no fix in sight. I've been so frustrated , it's all I can do not to throw the controller at the screen. Worst buy ever!

    It’s a decent tv, but my issue is how often I turn on Netflix and it randomly kicks me off the app back to the homepage. For a smart tv, it can be rather dumb sometimes. Also, I didn’t realize it doesn’t have AirPlay, which is my fault for not looking closely, but flagging that for any iPhone users.

    Not good for gaming on pc

    I struggled to get the VRR working on my PC. I believe it goes down to 1440p on VRR, looks ok. I would not recommend this tv for gaming.

    The interface is so slow. Even the ARC turning on my AVR has a huge delay. Using the TV guide is slow. Searching for channel signal when changing the channel is slow. My Samsung KS8000 is fasher than this. If I didn't wait to set it up. I would have been able to return it before the window closed. What a waste of money.

    Not working so good

    I got the TV for over a month and one problem is that it freezes sometime. Any button on the remote is not working including the turn on/off. I have to take off the power and re-plug it to restart the tv. Another thing is the color saturation is kind of high in general so it looks plastic. I played with the saturation/contrast and some other color adjustments but I still feel the color doesn't look real.

    i love the tv but best buy keeps putting it on sale i paid 449 and they keep lowering it . as low as 369 haha i should have just waited haha

    The processor sux. I have to restart it every couple of days. In-between that, I have to clear the cache for apps. Takes time dor apps to come up. Freezes when trying to change between shows. For being the 21st century, I would rather go back to a dial to change channels.

    Not good, but not terrible for the money

    TV is not good by any stretch. It's colors are washed out, it's normal processing is slow, and it's prone to freezing and requiring a full power cycle. BUT! It's also cheap and if that's what you're looking for it might be worth putting up with some of these issues. I personally won't be buying TCL again.

    It's not the worse you can do, but upscaling is horrendous. It does have great features for gaming. However color accuracy is awful out of the box. By the time you pay to have it calibrated you can buy a much better TV for the price. You also might want to get a soundbar because this thing sounds pretty bad.

    Don't trust the free Fubo TV offer

    TV is fine. The Fubo offer is a joke. The email Best Buy sends has an expired offer. When I call about it, they sent the same expired offer email two more times. Best Buy support is a joke!

    Slow OS and worthless warranty

    Cheap TV but warranty process is a nightmare. TV OS seem to get slower and slower older tv’s are too. I’ve purchased about 20 TV sets. When you have an issue with new tv customer service is HUGE pain. I don’t normally take time to write review but have had issues with multiple sets and warranty is junk. Roll dice with cheap TV or spend money on something with a little better quality..

    TCL popped and completely went out in one week

    We had this TV for only a week when we heard a loud pop and smelled burning! It was plugged into a surge protector so we have no idea what happened for it to completely die after only one week! The worst part was when calling Best Buy they changed an extra 20.00 for the next series.
