My only complaint is that the four mounting screws that were supposed to be in the box were not. Best Buy was no help, but I found the screws I needed at Lowe's, to finish the mounting, the next day. Also Best Buy's 12 hour delivery window is unreasonable!

Great picture, not great for an external Roku

I have to use the Toku to be able to stream Spectrum TV as there is no app available to the TCL tvs. Anyway, when I switch to an external Roku, the screen turns green. I researched it and it turns out this is a known issue with the TCL Google tvs. I called customer support for TCL and they walked me through a bunch of trouble shooting steps, none of which worked. You CAN fix it temporarily by unplugging the tv and plugging it back in, but I should not have to do this every time I want to switch to my Roku. I’m considering returning the TV for another brand.

Great Value for a 55" QLED TV

I have bought 2 of the 55" QLED TV's over the past year they both work great. The picture quality is quite nice with lots of apps and functions built into the television. I definitely recommend this unit.

Bought specifically because it has Google OS
