    Love the tv but I had an issue with google tv, tech support couldn’t solve it either.

    Disappointed my TV sound goes out often and becomes difficult to get active again. This began on day 15, which was one day after we couldn't return it.

    Very nice tv the donate works very nicely but the picture seem a little lower quality.

    Defective TV and poor return policy

    While the picture is great and the OS is responsive. The quality overall is poor. TV came with or developed an issue. TCL have said it's defective and to treturn it but now outside the return window....which is disappointingly short from Best Buy. Now have to go through RMA numbers and then try and return it. This maybe a isaolated isue with the TV, but the overall experience with BB and TCL has been poor. Check the return terms when buying the cheaper brands....

    Horrible TV

    Bought this TV thinking it would be as good as our Roku TCL TV, but it’s absolutely horrible. Constant glitching and bugs. Half the time the sound doesn’t even work. Extremely dissatisfied with this product.

    Worst TCL ever, google tv is HORRIBLE

    TCL is a good tv, unfortunately google tv as the system on this tv is the worst! Trust me do not but this or you will be banging your head on the wall constantly. apps crashing, functions in apps dont work. can't fast forward in apps.

    Don’t buy a TCL

    Was told by the sales man that the TV was great and they never have issues. And if it does I could bring it back to the store and exchange it.A month after purchase the tv has gone out it will not display a picture and when I called the store was told they do not exchange TVs. I feel I was talked into buying a low quality TV and lied to about the return policy.

    Not happy

    Not thrilled. It was a warranty replacement for a Roku TV and I did not choose Google TV. I can't find where to turn on closed captioning. I don't like the fact it wants me to "speak" to it. Just plain not happy with Best Buy's warranty replacement selectionn!

    Big Disappointment

    After reading reviews I was excited to get this tv to replace our 9 year old Samsung that served us well. Ugh. This tv is going back!!! Washed out colors, greenish tinges, poor speakers, spindly legs. The remote doesn’t even have a designated pause button. The postcard picture cropping is ridiculous. We tried every picture setting available with no success. We just bought a Hisense qled tv from Best Buy that is exponentially better than the TCL. I know I’m a dissenting opinion on this tv but you can do much better than this. It was a budget tv but i don’t believe it’s a good value at any price.

    Worked fine for about 3 to 4 months. Woke up this morning to it being bricked. No power, no light, no hope.

    It lasted less than a MONTH!

    This was so great until it stopped working! It won't load my apps, and I have been fighting with TCL to either replace it or send someone to fix it. They require a lot of things, and I have spent hours on the phone with them. I will never buy another product from them!

    Loved it at first, went downhill from there

    Tv was awesome at first, picture was great. Two weeks ago one red line went from top to bottom of tv. Following week two more lines went from top of tv to bottom.

    Don't Do It

    The employee at Best Buy couldn't recommend this TV enough. Must be some sort of sales contest. Everything she told me about it has not come true. The picture and sound quality is many times worse than the TV I replaced, which was at least 10 years old.
