  • Possible Issues with This TCL Model

    My new TCL TV was delivered and installed at the end of June 2023. It died on 10.15.2023. TV was turned on with nothing viewable but a black screen After spending time on the phone with TCL Support, they determined the issue was with the TV. Apparently there are problems with this model's back light. Now I'm in limbo with no TV waiting for TCL to hopefully replace. I'm an older customer unable to lift heavy items and paid extra for Best Buy to install. If the tv is replaced, I'll need a friend or family member to assist me. I will update this review once a resolution is provided by TCL.

    Motion looks horrible, default settings are finicky and go out the window with DOLBY iq. Styrofoam gets stuck in the weird pocket under the tv screen which may damage over time. Ended up returning it.
