    ARC and other HDMI features do not work correctly

    Picture looks good, but HDMI features do not function properly. I have to reboot the TV every time I watch it to get my sound bar to work. PS5 does not change inputs or turn on and off properly. Working with TCL support has been a nightmare. I will never purchase anything made by this company again.

    It was recommended by salesperson but there was no display, i trusted his words but TV color quality is not natural and adjustment is limited. Total disappointment

    Had high hopes but am dissapointed

    I have been a long time lover of TCL tvs. After returning my second TCL Q7 with display issues, I am done with this line of their panels. I feel like their backlit tvs are the way to go. I will be looking to a more high end brand for an OLED, QLED, or Mini LED tv.

    Very hard to us isnt compatible to directv streaming it lags alot got their new gemini we get a beautiful picture now saying tv doesnt support hdr. What the heck best buy no help and forget directv.

    This tv has very bad color. And sometimes when its on a bright white scene the white is blurry and I can't make out what I'm looking at.

    Picture quality is not what I expected. Don’t like the Google remote nearly as much as the Roku they had in previous models. Wish I would have Spent a little more to get a clearer picture.

    feature did not work with the item, went through tcl tech support and tried for over a week to get the feature to be enabled but it did not work and truthfully shouldn't require that much effort to enable a feature touted by the manufacturer.

    Motion quality was bad

    Picture was good except when there was fast motion, like throwing a football, baseball or kicking a soccer ball. The ball seemed to disappear until it was caught or stopped.

    I purchased this item as open box, but I didnt receive a tv stand and after contacting customer support they could not reimburse me. I had to buy an aftermarket tv stand but other than that the tv is fine
