Amazing TV!

The only downsides so far are that you can connect the TV to Alexa, but you can’t turn the TV on using Alexa… you can turn the off, volume up, volume down, pause, play. But, after all the research I did, you cannot for whatever reason… Alexa states that “TV does not support this action.” And also, the very last thing is that sometimes the TV will not turn on and I have to get up and unplug the tv and plug it back in… those are the only two things so far that are very inconvenient.

Random Restarts and Power-Offs

Within a couple of weeks the screen froze: there was still audio for a few seconds, then the TV restarted itself. I thought maybe it needed firmware updates, but it was already up to date, and it’s done it four more times since (five times in less than two months). Earlier this week it powered itself off completely. Overheating isn’t the issue - in at least three of the instances the TV had been on less than an hour. Odd connections aren’t the issue - in the first few instances it only had HDMI and Optical Audio, the most recent incidents it had HDMI ARC only. I’m returning it for a more reputable brand.

Loved it at first

Lately it freezes all the time goes conoletely unresponsive and have to restart it. Tried all the IT tricks and ir still just siezes up.

Dead one month after warranty expired.

The "one month" being critical as it pushed it out of warranty. Started flickering, going dim, and died. I've never had a TV die so quickly. Very disappointed.

Don’t do it

Bought it to get android interrace like my Sony, but two died in less than a month. The first one was immediate, the next one went in a “death loop of restarts” after a month. Get a better brand and save it headaches I experienced…

Broke down after a month of use

Customer service is horrible, I have provided all of the information requested and they are refusing to dispatch repair or send a replacement. It's been a nightmare. Stay away from this manufacturer. They might be cheap, and you are getting what you pay for.
