The picture comes very close to my OLED which is quite impressive for the price! The only critique is the viewing from off angles isn't the best but my son sits straight on so that doesn't matter in his situation. Definitely recommend.

I have had no problems with it other than the remote thar comes with it is a bit over zealous on the vacklight and drains the batteries a bit fast as a result.
