I had to bring the bright setting way down and the dark setting up. Or just to bright. I use the Firestick with my set with fast WiFi. Love the speed of the set. Make sure you have a Firestick that will keep up with WiFi E-6. Recommend the 120 Hz

It could possibly be just a factory setting that I do not know how to adjust in the menu control settings, or it could be the lighting in my room. Either way, I am slightly disappointed since, for the almost $700 price tag, I expected, "BAM!" Be prepared for the free delivery on a 55" to be just delivery only. If you are a single 55 -year-old with a bad back, you are SOL. I did not need it mounted. I only needed it lifted out of the box and placed on the console. I am still a BestBuy fan and not a lost customer. Just disappointed in this particular experience. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars since this purpchase was a better option than the one I had trouble reading text on.

I have another TCL but it’s a coupe years older. I really kove the picture quakity and the features. The remote that comes with this is way more practical than the small one that comes with the Roku TCL.

Overall a pretty solid TV.

Amazing display for Xbox games seated from a distance of course. Very bright display so adjust accordingly to your comfort. Software is pretty solid, it’s responsive and quick to load apps and easily accessible through google home app on iPhone. Overall, a good buy for google users and enthusiasts. Wasn’t familiar with this brand but I will be a returning customer for sure.

Refresh rate sucks

I bought a plasma the last year they were made, in 2014, and I loved that TV so much. Flawless picture, beautiful color production, and 600Hz refresh rate...absolutely wonderful for video games and sports. This TV is supposedly 120Hz with technology built in to simulate 240-480Hz. I assure you it works like crap. Anything that moves quickly across the screen, you can see a trail that follows the image. It's so obnoxious, it ruins watching anything with quick motion. We did try a video game and it looked okay, but football has looked terrible. If someone waves their hand or runs quickly, you see the trail. Anyone who isn't complaining about this TV must have already gotten used to the terrible refresh rates of LED TVs. I can't stand it. My plasma made it nearly 11yrs before the panel went out. I am devastated by the loss :(
