While you can use the TV in basic mode by not connecting to the Internet and just using the inputs, it is recommended to connect to the Internet to get all the most current software updates. OPEN BOX BEWARE!

No good

You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance. Very competitive with OLED
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV is wonderful for applications where OLED burn in may be a concern. The colors are vibrant and dark scenes are probably the next best thing compared to OLED counterparts. I have zero regrets. Watching tv at night with dark scenes is a much better experience with QDMiniLEDs and local dimming technology. HDR is also SUPERB. While in the store the differences between OLED and QD-MiniLed was not that much noticeable under Best Buy lighting conditions. The trade off for deeper darks is possible halo like lighting on bright sections (perfect compromise for darks and price point). I actually came to the store to purchase a LG B5 OLED due to price but this TCL was just bright in comparison plus I already have a LG C5 which is great and wanted something for the bedroom that could tackle different lighting conditions. Don’t regret it! Sound quality is superb as well! It can however be a hit or miss with low volume such as when you’re trying to not disturb others at night. Some setting changes may be required for your preference. I noticed that with low volume it can either sound very low with sudden too loud moments. The tv is responsive. The UI is pleasant to interact with.

Everything I hoped for and more.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You’d be shocked to see how good this tv actually looks and the speakers are actually better than my older sound system. Granted it’s not surround anymore, it’s so loud and clear compared to the old system that I would rather have 2.1 with atmos than 5.2. It’s such a bright screen though, thankfully you can control all those settings otherwise, it can be like having the sun in your room.

Tcl QM7K

Previously, I exclusively used Samsung devices, so this new addition complements my existing collection. While the LG C4 offers excellent picture quality, it’s important to note that it may not match the TCL QM7K. However, by selecting the appropriate YouTube video, you can significantly enhance the picture quality experience. I’m considering the TCL QM7K for a good price, but I’m also eager to experiment with the Hinsense U8Non occasion. It’s essential to explore various options and remain open to trying new products. In my conclusion If u want s good tv for gaming get the Tcl
