Slow to respond to controller commands. Google interferes and comes on interrupting programming if it even remotely hears something on the tv that seems like "Hey Google". I would never buy this product again. Nice picture quality is the only positive note I can give.

Why doesn’t the TV have an exceptional picture quality out of the box? I’m so confused, I would have returned but it would have been my 3rd TV.

Never buying to best buy again

I bought a 55" TV on line as an open box that was supposed to be in excellent condition, wrong, fake advertising. The TV was damaged and with the remote and power cable missing. So I went to the store to request an exchange, but the manager in turn strongly suggested me instead to apply for a credit card so I can get 70 dollars return and keep the useless trash TV and that I get by myself the missing parts. It seemed that she just wanted to get rid of that TV with me and still pay almost $600 for a totally trashy TV. Never buying at Best Buy AGAIN.

Go into the stores and see for yourself. Its a nice tv and i do recommend buying but only on sale price. Just save up the extra hundred and get a better quality picture. 3 stars for a upgrade on a general tv

Product not as advertised. Missing parts.

Box specified excellent condition and did not indicate that any parts were missing (which is protocol). Would not issue a refund or provide missing parts replacement upon request.

Inability to stay connected to WiFi
