Such a step up from my old Samsung TV. There are many picture viewing options and well, an they even have an eye health option!

This would easily keep up with top tiers of a couple of years ago. Worth the buy!

Way too many apps that cannot be removed. Google is in the advertising business, enough said. The original remote is so poorly designed had to buy a new one. If you had an earlier model with Roku. You will probably want to add a Roku streaming device for this. So buy a TCL with just Roku installed if you can. LOVE TCL …..HATE GOOGLE

If you're going to just be using it for hdmi inputs like me, then you can mostly ignore it. It is still absurd that my fresh out of box comes with ads running on it though.

Audio drops out requiring restart
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this in part because of good built-in speakers for a home gym, but the sound randomly stops while watching YouTube. The only way to fix is with a restart (press and hold the power button on the remote). I sure hope it gets an software patch that fixes this annoyance! Otherwise it meets my expectations from the Rtings review and local demos, and offers a good value.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked up the new TCL QM7 and its probably the most versatile TV i have ever purchased. great for gaming—it has its own game hub. great for movies—perfect black levels for a non OLED TV. it took a little while to set up, so be prepared for a 15min setup—maybe a little longer with software updates. No regrets on this purchase.
