    Trying to set the black color - very hard. Can see the mini led lights in background but can’t figure out yet. The sound is not very good need a sound bar.

    Very disappointed with the operating system/google tv functions and apps on this tv. I have purchased Samsung Smart TVs for the last 10+ yrs and should have just stuck with what worked instead of letting the salesperson talk me into this one. For starters we mostly use streaming services and OTA TV for local channels which I like to record onto a USB or hard drive with my old Samsung to watch later. TCL website says this model should have LIVE TV PAUSE option when you have an external usb device plugged in yet regardless of what type/format usb I tried the option was never available or listed. Couple that with SLOW app loading/launching and what appears to be a rattle somewhere in the back case every time there is a tiny fraction of bass in audio has me wishing I would have returned right away instead of second guessing myself and giving it a chance.
