BB Customer (lack of) Service led to a win!

Best Buy screwed up my order for the 2024 LG OLED TV that I ordered in JULY...The scheduled pick up day was August 21. Fast forward to that date and whatta ya know - item is delayed and no answers from 4 different CSR agents at BB. Football season was fast approaching and I had already sold my old tv in the man cave. With some help from ChatGPT I was able to narrow down my choices, research pros and cons of each options and eventually went with this tv.. WOW.. The crisp 4k picture is unreal! Football games look incredible. Thank you to BB for screwing up my order so I could find this amazing TV...for under $600!!

Game Day TV

So far, the color and brightness have been excellent, even during the day, and the volume level without a soundbar, is more than satisfactory.

144mhz refresh rate, watch for sales

We took it home ourselves, problem getting it out of box because my arms were not long enough to reach in the box. To avoid potential screen damage, we had to cut the box down the sides to lift it out -this box cutting might have been a problem if we needed to return it. Other issues? Hubs still struggling setting up satisfactory sound and colors. Maybe it is our fiber provider, don't know. Just leaving it as a heads up here.

QM7K is awesome

Plenty of volume and a little bass but not low end. Best to have both the built in speakers when trying to not wake someone else or disturb neighbors, but a soundbar is a great addition. highly reccomend

Best TV I've Ever Owned

I particularly notice the improved contrast over my previous TV. The sound is also outstanding. It was easy to set up, immediately connecting to my network, and I particularly like the easy access to the HDMI ports on the side of the set, rather than behind or below.

We love our TCL QD-Mini LED QM7K

It actually brings up a play list and videos on the TV screen and the speakers are much better the google device. In a very sunlit Tiny home the glare on the screen is a lot less that other TV's so we can watch the games on Sunday without closing the blinds! The picture simply the best!

There is a learning curve to the Google TV interface though and I dont care for how it makes everything push you to streaming services.

Worth it

So I called best buys customer service and before long,they set up an exchange and deliver it to me.The 2nd Tcl worked perfect .The tcl is amazing.
