Excellent picture and speakers sound pretty good. I originally purchased the insignia 55" Fire tv. Luckily I got the extended warranty. It was a nice tv except for the problem of turning off after fifteen minutes. They exchanged it for another one and it shut off after 14 minutes. That's why I upgraded to the TCL.

Runs good for gaming and movies look great with the 240 motion rate.

Customer services experience was great, employee new his tv's and gave a great recommendation for this tv. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sound is acceptable and much better than the last tv we had. The sales guy must get some kind of incentive to direct people to TCL brand, because all he could say was this tv was so much better and so much this and so much that. I went in set to buy a different brand and it was like I wasn’t allowed to buy that one. Anyway, I told him that i’d be bringing it back if I wasn’t happy with it. It’s fine for the money I had to spend.
