    not what I expected it is frozen to many times so it is anooying and volume go to fast up or low hard to controlled but i thing it is the Google Plataforme because I have anoher TV TLC with Rocku and thouse tv wotk lot better

    I have purchased a tcl television before, however this purchase is not so great. The remote has a slight delay in changing the channels. Definitely not a smooth experience this go round.

    This product is not good quality. We thought we would save money and get a tv, but it loads slow, the picture is blacked out, and it has lags and delays. Not worth it.

    TV Keeps Turning Itself Off — Very Frustrating

    I was excited to get the TCL 55" S4 S-Class 4K Smart TV, but unfortunately it keeps turning itself off randomly. This happens multiple times during viewing, which is really frustrating and ruins the experience. I’ve tried troubleshooting and checking all the connections, but the problem persists. For the price, I expected better reliability. Very disappointed with this purchase and can’t recommend it based on my experience.

    The tv is good, stream is good but the issue is the volume it stays consistent once you pass 35. It doesn’t get any louder.

    It's a no for me

    I wish I could return this. I've had for about 8 months now and lately it continuously disconnects from Wi-Fi so doesn't matter what app you're using, it pauses and buffers even though I have no issues with any if my other devices

    So not buy! This TV is SLOW!! Everything else is great it's just so slow! Apps take forever to download and when you turn it on it's like you have to wait a minute before the remote even responds to the TV. It doesn't respond well at all. It's super slow! I wish I would have returned it and gotten a Roku TV instead.

    I dont like this tv. The remote control does not have the functions that i like nor does the tv run very well. I have top notch wifi and these tvs move sooo slow and get frozen and stuck way too often for my liking. I am not a fan at all whats so ever and am going to look into returning
