    I thiught my vizio was a bad tv but this one is even worse. Picture quality is great but functionality is awlful. Super delayed response from remote. Tv turns off when it wants.

    Just got this TCL 55” and right out the box the tv is defective and all it does is just boot loop back to the start up screen. I’m really disappointed because when i went into the store the host was extremely knowledgeable and convinced me to purchase this tv because I wanted the pioneer 55” and this what is got a tv that’s boot loops and gets stuck on the google tv screen. I’m upset that i can’t return it to the store because of timing issues which means the return time will expire. I will have to buy another tv when i get back but it is what it is . Best buy is an excellent store so my next purchase will be from them once I return.

    You get what you pay for!

    I realize this is a budget TV but you should expect some kind of quality picture for a 4k TV. The images aren't sharp and are slightly fuzzy. It's like watching it through a screen door. My old 1080p TV had a much better picture. Returned it.

    Tv works but is awfully slow when doing anything from scrolling through UI to starting an app or movie and trying to turn the volume up and down. Very disappointed in the quality of use.

    Free Recycle?

    TV works great, but was charged to recycle my old TV. I was told there was free TV recycling with purchase of a new TV, but even after talking to the manager they still charged me...bad customer service???

    Picked up TV Without Tv box

    It is surprising that I went from Montgomery, AL they didn't gave me any tv box because of it was open box. Even they didn't package it well. I ordered it in Auburn, AL it got cancelled then I ordered it on Georgia And I picked up without any box. I was very scared that it can break in the truck but luckily didn't happen anything. They could more secure it by wrapping or giving it in a tv box

    Wouldn't purchase again

    The tv looks great but after only a month of owning it, all wifi connections quit working. I can not connect the TV to any internet (spent 2 weeks with wifi people at my house thinking it was my wifi.)

    This has been one of the worst television purchases I’ve ever made. The TV freezes up all the time I have to unplug it to get it to unfreeze. At first I thought it had something to do with the internet but it’s just that this TV is JUNK!

    This has to be the worst tv ever. It constantly lags and freezes. Certain apps like Paramount do not work. It’s not my wifi or anything else because all of my other TVs work fine. I wish I could return it.
