    The Unfixable TV

    This TV would not open full-screen so I returned it. The manufacturer wanted me to sen it in under warranty but I told them I was just taking it back to Best Buy, which is what I did.

    Cannot use the TV

    Gave TV as a gift. They cannot enter a WIFI password because there is no way to enter numbers which are part of the password. So embarrassing, and now that it is mounted on the wall they cannot watch TV. Only TV in the house and I am 1.5 hours away.

There is a button to toggle between letters and symbols/numbers as well as capital letters.     Pick a different tv other than Goggles TCL

    Don't waste your time. Total pain to load apps if goggle doesn't want you to. If it isn't promoted by goggle it's a hassle

    Returned this for different brand because of slow responsiveness. Wouldn’t launch YouTube tv. It’s a dumb smart tv.

    Set is great, BUT...

    The set itself is great-sharp picture! But the handset is sadly lacking. Needs numerical set to change from one channel to another directly. Also needs button to turn Closed Captioning off and on quickly.

    Awesome TV at a great price

    Loving it! This is my second time buying TCL and it is now my my go-to TV brand. Comes with tons of settings for color, picture, and sound adjustment so you can really fine-tune it to your viewing preferences. First thing I did was stream some of my favorite movies and I've never seen them so clear before! This even rivals a lot of the more expensive TV's out there at a much better price point. I was a little hesitant about the smart TV functions, but they are nice to have and very convenient. Overall a well deserved five stars!

    EASY GREAT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE
