You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance. Terrible Product!

You can tell the television is very cheaply made and the picture quality is mediocre at best. Spend just a little more and get an Insignia. The difference is like night and day.

TCL 55" TV - HUGE MISTAKE

Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. The Unfixable TV

The manufacturer wanted me to sen it in under warranty but I told them I was just taking it back to Best Buy, which is what I did.

Cannot use the TV

They cannot enter a WIFI password because there is no way to enter numbers which are part of the password. So embarrassing, and now that it is mounted on the wall they cannot watch TV. Only TV in the house and I am 1.5 hours away.

Pick a different tv other than Goggles TCL

Set is great, BUT...
