Previously had a TCL Roku tv and the difference is night and day, lots of bugs to be worked out… and I have Google through the rest of my home. Also, the remote and interface is not very good.

Not impressed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It doesn't work with all apps. specifically Spectrum. So, I had to change my service provider. The picture isn't great either. It flutters sometimes and goes blurry, then it also has issues keeping up with voices on tv. The picture is weird on football games too. Like the ball disappears at times when thrown or kicked.

Audio FAIL

Don't buy TCL
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TCL is the worst brand when it comes to reliability and longevity, I bought a 65" from Bestbuy about 3 years ago and, of course, exactly a couple of months short of two years after purchase horizontal lines appeared on the left half of the screen and when i contacted Bestbuy they said i needed to contact the manufacturer and of course TCL basically daid i was on my own i should've known better the cheap brands are exactly what they are just cheap brands so i went for the Samsung the next go around.

This particular TV was launched less than 1 year ago, so it is difficult to decipher what TV you may have. Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Not recommended, EVER
