    I am really impressed with the TV so far. I have always owned Samsung, mostly, and thought I would try this one. Great Value for the money. I will wait to see how it holds up in the long run. The same TV from Samsung is easily 300 more. Great help from the TCL Sales to help me make a decision.

    This had a great picture until one night a month ago, it faded to black, and it's been a hassle getting this resolved. I owned this TV for only 3 months when this happened. Best Buy referred me to the manufacturer, and TCL has been a pain to deal with, from long wait times on the phone, disconnected calls, long wait for a part, and that didn't work. I am hopeful they will just replace my television, but again, I'm waiting for an answer. Most of the time, they tell you you'll hear from them within 3 days. I hate this TV, and will never buy a TCL again. Repair man told me TCL and Vizio are the ones he gets called to repair most often.
