    I ordered the tv but Best Buy in process of trying to load it in my car dropped the item and damaged it but very happy with replacement they gave me and quick resolution.

    The picture is pretty good when it is adjusted to the correct setting. Very important to adjust the type of picture that you want to see!

    I am very satisfied with these new TCL TVs. The sound quality is not the best but a good soundbar should do the trick.

    Good picture quality, great game bar,lots of settings. It really lacks in the sound. The subwoofer is not good. So I give it a 3 overall.

    First off i ordered a new tv but was sent a open tv no screen protection film just top and bottom strofoam witch left marks on the back since there was no plastic wrap on around the tv. Picture is ok a bit dark for mini led but got the settings set as best as it can be. Don't expect much from the "so called" subwoofers that do not offer hardly any bass at all but it will cause the cheap plastic back of the tv to rattle you get what you pay for after all the youtube hype for this tv it is kinda a big letdown.

    Purchased this tv for my son every thing seemed really good for the first 10 days then vertical lines appeared on the screen. Returned the tv and exchanged it for another one. Tv was fine until the 31st day then horizontal lines started appearing on the screen. The tv is great when it is working but 2 tvs breaking writhing 40 days tells me quality control at TCL is not good. I do not recommend this tv. It’s a shame it’s has lots of features for gaming and the picture is good when it’s working
