Great entry level model

Nice sound out of box. Main sticking point is hdmi/earc. Everytime I plug my Seinnheiser soundbar in—tv restarts. Tried my SONOS Arc and it works. For the price, no complaints, but it’s not close to my LG C4.

worst TV I've ever had

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This had a great picture until one night a month ago, it faded to black, and it's been a hassle getting this resolved. I owned this TV for only 3 months when this happened. Best Buy referred me to the manufacturer, and TCL has been a pain to deal with, from long wait times on the phone, disconnected calls, long wait for a part, and that didn't work. I am hopeful they will just replace my television, but again, I'm waiting for an answer. Most of the time, they tell you you'll hear from them within 3 days. I hate this TV, and will never buy a TCL again. Repair man told me TCL and Vizio are the ones he gets called to repair most often.

Good TV for the cost
