Great picture, great price. It was delivered the day after I ordered it in excellent condition. Easy to assemble.

The picture quality is better than expected at it's price point and the sound is pretty good as well.

I usually get Vizio tvs, but im glad I switched it up. This tv is nice and loud. The picture is good too.

I picked this up during a Black Friday deal because we wanted to update some of the components of our home theater system and getting a new TV was high in our priority list. I did a lot of research and TV sets and I ended up picking this one and I was happy with my choice until it arrived and I hooked it up. From Moment one this TV annoyed me to my very core and to the point where I vowed then in there never to buy a TV equipped with Roku built in. The Roku interface and integration turned me off in a huge way for this TV because it was very disruptive, buggy and took a lot of attention away from the entertainment itself forcing you to use that energy then on the tech to adjust it to every little change in what you were doing or watching. Beyond that, the television itself had a horrible picture quality that despite its many settings and filters, I could not get to look remotely. Anything like something of quality or something of the high price tag it has attached to it. I learned then and there that not only was Roku better off to be purchased on its own as a solo product but this was actually my first time buying a TV set from TCL. It will now be officially the last time I ever purchase a TV set from TCL and I did return it immediately. Afterwards I researched more and I settled happily on the LG 65-in webOS u9000 model and I have to say that I am in love with that television and highly recommend it. For TCL, I'm sorry but you've lost a customer that you didn't really have to begin with. Not happy with this TV at all and I would not suggest it unless you are one who doesn't care much about picture quality or clarity and are just looking for a TV set that maybe you could pick up cheaply on the clearance.
