Bad Business

The previous Television purchase from Best Buy died after about 1 year. Now this TV stop working and I have to pay for new one because the Geek Squad planned overlap. This TV is less than 2 years and does not even turn on and Best Buy will not even replace it. Also, It is no longer cover by the manufacturer. Their warranty is only one year.

My only dislike is that the remote when you using the buttons it's kind of loud to me but I'm picky about little things. I think I may add a sound bar sometimes it not loud enough.

Not a smart TV

It is basically a standard TV with a built in Roku. It will only Bluetooth to Roku brand devices. It will not connect to any of my non Roku sound bars or wireless speakers.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This TV has the ability to connect to the Internet and stream content through various streaming channels. This TV features thousands of streaming channels (apps) and over 500,000 movies and TV episodes. Currently, our Roku-based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. Great TV

The speakers on the tv are really good . Now the only reason it’s 4 instead of 5 is the customer service which needs more staff or training

TCL stands for Terrible Customer Loyalty - garbage

Shame on me for trying a knock off brand such as TLC should have stuck with something better. Purchased TV in Feb 2023 and by July it was not working - had some dead pixels and the TCL folks claim it is a 'bug' in the screen. Seriously, an actual 'bug' like a fly or ant. Terrible warranty and they claim its biohazard and not covered. TCL sucks and so does best buy for allowing these garbage TVs to be sold there.

Very easy set up. Only negative is this television does not have any RCA jacks to hook up older video game systems so will just have to purchase an adapter.
