Frustrating Cyber Monday Order

I order on Cyber Monday, and I was disappointed in the wait time but patiently waiting on the tv the following Thursday (10 days). When I went to check on the order via the bestbuy I app, it delayed the delivery another week just by a single-click attempt to change the delivery (hoping for morning hours instead of the noon-8pm). When I saw the delivery date advance a week, I immediately called. Both the local store and the call center they eventually forwarded me to said “I gave up my place in line”. That was certainly not the case, and the app needs work. When I went in person to explain what happened the manager said this is happening a lot. Frustrating.

Big bang for not a lot of bucks

My wife and I cut the cord on satellite TV and we were strictly down the streaming. We figured, why not go with a Smart TV? We have NOT looked back and this TV has served us well. Nice, sleek, light as a feather and with a great interface for streaming. We weren't lacking a single service: everything we used was directly integrated with the TV. Nice speakers, crisp display and plenty of HDMI connections. Couldn't ask for much more from a budget friendly model.
