    Ever since we got this tv the sound to the tv is off. We always have to change the channel for the sound to match the screen display of the show/movie.

    Picture was okay but sound quality was poor even trying to adjust in settings. Had it two weeks and on four occasions when turning on the picture had vibrating green lines. Returned and got a Samsung like I should have in the beginning.

    Pick a brand other then TCL - Don't purchase from

    Been waiting for twenty days for a service tech. No solution in sight. Best Buy is responsible for selling crap like TCL electronics.
