The curbside assistance pick up service was fantastic. Fast, courteous, easy and professional from the purchase to the pick up. I haven’t viewed the tv in a while, but it’s definitely a great quality television. Definitely worth the buy. Thanks Best Buy for never disappointing.

Easy to use, nice picture. When my dogs keep eating my remotes it's easy to buy replacement Roku remotes that aren't expensive at all.

I bought this TV because we had such a good experience with the 43” version of this TV for my other son. So really I now have experience with the 43” & 65” models of this line. Picture is great. Sound is great. Integrated Roku is FANTASTIC. The one knock I would have this TV (and it’s not the TV’s fault, I knew this going in) is that it is a 60hz TV. So frame rate movement could be better but most of the time it is a non-issue. I would still give the TV five stars even with that because it’s in the specs of the TV. Just FYI, I recently had to do a remote replacement for the 43” when my son moved and the TCL/Roku remotes on Amazon will work great. Overall we are very happy with this TV.
