Don’t let the cheap price fool you - DO NOT BUY

Tech support for the tv couldnt help me out and it’s like climbing a moutain to activate the warranty. Not worth it. It’s a bad purchase. Never buy anything from TCL.

A 2-year old piece of junk…!!!

We bought this TV 2-years ago and the other day we were watching a show and the screen just went black! We couldn’t hear sound but no picture. After going through the troubleshooting with TCL they told me that there was nothing that they could do! It only has a 1-year warranty on it! We paid $499 plus tax for ours and now it’s a $499 piece of crap!!! Do not buy these cheaply made TCL tv’s! We could have kept our tv that we had from the 1990’s that still worked! It wasn’t smart but it showed a picture and had sound! I’m going out to get me a Vizio! Our 5-year Vizio upstairs still works and my kids plays video games on it! DON’T BUY TCL….!!!!

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Picture quality is wonderful. Build is awesome and the Total Tech with extra warranty blew me away. A definite must buy especially if your into Movies or sports on the big screen.

Not Long lasting

Beautiful picture

The only snag was that the feet were too wide to fit our TV stand so we had to purchase another type of feet. The picture is beautiful and the sound is great with the addition of a TCL sound bar.

Easy setup and easy to use

Best part was i didnt have to teach her how to use any of it. The tv walked her through the whole process. Hardest part was hanging the tv without putting fingerprints on the tv. Lol

Great TV for the money!

I prefer Roku over the other options so this is a win! Needs some slight calibration but performs well for a series 4 TV.
