You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. 2nd TV Set Works Fine

Lugged unit back to store only to find out that no more were left in stock. Had to go to the Westbury store, wait 2 hours for them to locate, hooked it up and it worked fine. This is my 3rd TCL TV and we love it. Don't know what is going on in Levittown, but the TV and Soundbar I purchased the same day were infant mortality casualties. Not very happy with the run around !!
