It wont turn on at all, out of no where there is no damage to it what so ever, nothing happened to cause this it just stopped working!

Very surprising since it’s listed as having 4K. Very muted. Also, we could not get certain apps to work. Apple TV being one of them. It would never connect. We ended up returning this.
