    Not able to Bluetooth a non Roku speaker to this TV. And also can't d/l my existing Paramount +App because I hadn't purchased it through Rokutv. I'm very disappointed! Would never purchase one again!

    Won't Buy TCL T.V. Again!

    Northing special and not worth the money - Spent almost $500 just to have my screen go completely black after about 2 years of owning this. After looking at other reviews, I'm not the only one having this issue. Did all the steps to try to fix this with no success and it's going to cost around more than half of what I purchased it for. If you insist on buying a TCL T.V. please make sure you get warranty.

    I purchased this TV July 2nd 2022, and it lasted until April 26th 2023 when the back light went out and tv will not display a picture now. It is covered under the 1 year warranty and I did purchase 2yr geek squad protection as well and should be able to exchange it. I do not recommend this tv but if you do buy then please purchase the extended warranty so that you may be covered if the tv craps out after the 1 year.

    This tv is garbage. I had mine for less than 5 months and the back light went out on it. Called tcl, they said it was under warranty and would fix it. The repairman they sent out actually broke my tv in the process. Now they’ve been leading me on for two months about getting it fixed. Tcl doesn’t stand by their products, or repair people. Wouldn’t take this tv if it was free.

    I got this on Sept 22. I got the Black Screen of Death on Sept 27. 5 days outside of warranty. I Tried all the YouTube fixes and nothing. Called TCL support line and went thru exactly what I've been doing and nothing so I was supposed to get level 3 support now with an email and to send video. I never got the email. I've read that they don't even fix the Black Screen of Death. This TV doesnt even get used, maybe 10 hours a month. What is funny is I am going to buy another one because I just need an inexpensive TV for the room but this time, I will get the 5 year Best Buy warranty.

    I bought this tv open box, excellent and the screen developed large black streaks and inconsistent light in less than a year. Be warned that BB claims that open box includes a manufacturers warranty, but it does not. BB directed me to TCL, TCL said they don’t cover open box, and when I went back to BB they simply refused to do anything despite their (ongoing) misrepresentations.

    I have no problems with this TV. The Roku system is so easy to operate & customize. Graphics & sound are great. It's easy to review different channels & add your own picks. The settings are also easy to operate. This is my second Roku TV & I prefer it to Fire.
