    Don't be fooled by all the good reviews like I was (I guess it's cheap for a reason). I bought this TV August 14, 2022 and it went totally black on September 8, 2023 (just past my one year warranty and geek squad plan of course)... I never had a TV last just over a year; it will be my first and only TCL TV. Geek squad told me TCL doesn't even carry parts to fix my black screen problem even if I wanted to. No problem with Best Buy...

    It was bad, less than year and it broken idk what happen I was very careful with that tv but just one month before than one year since I bough just broken

    The WiFi on this TV is terrible. We stream all of our programming and both the sound and picture were awful. Before returning the TV we decided to try using an Apple TV streaming device which we were using on our old TV. That cleaned up both the sound and the picture. If you have cable or satellite this TV will be fine but if you plan to use it for streaming I would recommend a different option unless you already have an external streaming device.

    Not worth the trouble!

    I was aware with the low price there might be some issues but it was worse than i imagined. Wifi is aweful! Lags constantly and freezes.

    I'm happy with this purchase..Everything has worked flawlessly so far..The picture is not bad for such an inexpensive tv.....I have a Bluetooth transmitter plugged into the headphone jack so I don't know how the speakers sound..

    I purchased this TV 8/17/22…it’s 4/30/23 and the picture is completely red. The roku interface has a normal picture but the rest of the picture is completely ruined. I was enjoying my tv up until now but it’s ridiculous that this happened within 9months of owning the TV. My last TV lasted over 4 years and I have another TV that’s still going strong (2009). I’ll try to schedule a repair but it might not financially make sense…what a waste

    Glitches a lot.

    Tv was glitching right away. I gave it a chance after some reviews but over time I just got worse. I wish I could return it.

    The price was right, but nothing fancy or mindblowing. Only a month in and the TV seems to lock up & you have to power off to get it to connect to live TV. This has happened 2 times so far. Average to good at best.

    TV Backlight went out after 10 months, purchased Geek Squad protection, and yeah they just sent me to the manufacturer. Not impressed at all

    Cheap 65" TV.

    For the price, this is a wonderful television. It has accurate color grading but is only 4k, the sound is like any other tv( bad, but bearable), and has Roku. Is there better? Yes, but this isnt bad.

    The tv constantly buffers and has low image quality despite having high quality high speed internet. It makes streaming almost impossible

    Bought this in Oct 2022 and used in a second home, so it was not even used often. By May 2024 the video stopped working. Of course, just out of warranty, so it's now just an $800 doorstop. TCL tech support was . . . barely technical and not at all supportive. Buy ANY OTHER brand except this one.

    For the price point and the convenience of integrated Roku it probably can't be beat. Picture brightness and contrast is definitely not on par with higher end brands, but works great for a game room TV.

    Bought it October 2022 for my new apartment. Didn’t start using it until January 2023.As of June 28th It now doesn’t work anymore- backlight went out. So I guess it “works” but I genuinely can only hear and can’t see the screen unless I walk up on it and flash a flashlight on it. Not happy at all
