    Great Customer Service. Our installer Matt was SPOT ON!!! OUTSTANDING JOB!!! Matt was well versed in product knowledge and had our new Flat Screen up and running in no time!

    Xbox wouldn’t connect. Kept saying no signal. Ok TV. Unless you are jumping up to the $1000 level of tvs it’s fine. You get what you pay for.

    Product failed within one month of purchase and installation. Have had a smaller TCL in another room that has worked well for years. Was not happy with the lag from broadcast cable to interned app materials, but the lag was tolerable. The failure was not. Was very satisfied with the way Best Buy handled the problem.

    Not worth it!!!

    Bought this tv 2 years ago and it no longer works. The tv does not display any picture. I called tcl support and they said the issue was the backlight no longer works. Not worth it!!

    This tv is for my office and it has worked out very nice. It works nicely for hulu and also allows us to connect to it via wireless connection for meetings.

    Worked great, until it didn’t. Had for 15 months and quit. Powers on, but have no picture.

    I purchased this TV and had to return because the sound does not always keep up with the picture (lips moving no sound). I returned one before this and asked was this common with this brand I was told no. I brought this second home and have the same problem.

    Very good product. Tech is evolving, Not sure what will happen if Roku seize to exist. You may have to get a different remote.

    Eight months old. Worst TV ever. Started closing apps and finally no screen. Contact BB TECH transferred me to TCL Tech. Did some troubleshooting and had to send a video of me turning trying to turn the tv on and off to duplicate the issue. Really bad experience. Will never buy TCL product again.

    Do not recommend! I bought mine in Oct 2022 and it just gave out rn. Black dim screen.. turned out the panel gave out. 2nd time this has happened with this brand TV. Just spend a little more and get yourself a better brand.

    Bad Power Cord

    Have bought 8 TCL TVs from a different Big Box and have never had a problem with any of them. Bought a 65" from BestBuy because the other Big Box had none in stock near me. BestBuy would not price match the same TV. I needed it soon so I went ahead and bought it. It has been less than 1 week and now the Power Cord is bad. Now I have to go through the trouble to exchange it. I love these TVs but would buy elsewhere.

    Never purchase a TCL!! The customer support gives you the runaround with no solution to your problem! This t.v. Just went black for no reason within a year of me having it, and the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty. I will never purchase aTCL brand again in life!!!
