    It doesn’t get good internet signal I have the same model 50” and that one gets good internet signal

    I bought this TV in July of 2022 and it broke five months later in November. Like other negative reviews, the sound works fine, but the picture is completely black. I guess that's what happens when you buy a Chinese television.

    Didn’t work out

    I thought this TV would work out after all the great reviews, until I brought it home and set it up. First, the TV was very wobbly after stands were screwed on. Then the TV picture was so dark even after all attempts to make the screen brighter. I had to inconveniently put a 65” TV back in my car to return it. To make things worse, I had to wait like 5 min for anyone to acknowledge me at the store to eventually have to carry the TV inside with my daughter. Like 4 men that worked there watched us and didn’t offer to help. Really poor customer service at this store in Ft Myers. It’s possible I got a defective one, but I won’t repurchase and take the chance of dealing with this hassle again.

    Defective in Under 6 Months

    Bought late-June 2022 and simply stopped working just under 6 months later - black screen with no discernable image except a very faint outline of the Roku logo in the middle. Would be a decent value if it didn't break for no apparent reason whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a TV.

    Beautiful picture but horrible experience

    The tv is less than 20 days old and started disconnecting from the wifi router. You have to go into settings each time and reconnect so that you can use the tv. Once its turned off or even let run for 4 or more hours it will loose its wifi connection again. NO OTHER DEVICE disconnects in the house. I have updated tv, changed wifi routers and still having issues. Seems I am not the only one having issues either, as a google search shows many many repair attempts but no solution. Oh and I am out of the return period by 2 days.. go figure!

    Horrific quality

    We bought this TV in September 16th and hung it on a wall. On November 1st the backlight had burned out. I will begin the return process now, but that is absolutely unforgivable quality.
