The quality is amazing and I am still in disbelief at the price - feels like I got away with something. Cannot wait for football Sundays with friends & family!

I’ve been a fan of Roku from the start so I was specifically looking for a Roku TV. If I had to complain, I would say the pre-programmed channel keys on the remote are a little too sensitive and I am frequently inadvertently setting them off.

The company called Planes hired a 3rd party company to take down the tv but damaged it. They found the same tv in best buy for 100 cheaper.

Amazing customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV for my girlfriends house. I set it up for curbside pickup. Got all the notifications letting me know when it would be ready and when it was ready. When I got there the staff was outstanding. I did have one issue with the screen being broken when I unpackaged it. I called customer service and they said to bring it back and they would exchange it. I got back to the store and all the staff was apologetic and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. They even opened the new TV box to verify the screen was not cracked before I took it home. ( that was per my request and they had no problem accommodating my request) got the TV hung up and it looks amazing in the space. Thank you again for being the BEST in BestBuy!

Audio Sync

Nagging problem with audio sync on CNN domestic feed and occasionally on other channels. Online consensus seems to be a Roku issue. Streaming service is Hulu. Have tried all online fixes.
