Good but not great!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV was fine, just know that you get what you pay for. we were used to an LED TV, so we sold this non LED TV and purchased a TCL QLED TV that was a bit more expensive and the picture is so much more rich and colors more vibrant. This model is not bad per se, just not as good as what we were expecting. For the money it's solid.

The main interface is super easy to use and have all your apps in one place. You may sacrifice a little picture quality, but for the average viewer who is using streaming services to watch television, it’s not that much of a set back.

NEEDS A 5 YR. EXTENDED WARRANTY

Total Tech it only covers 2 yrs. from purchase date and of course it died just after the coverage ended and could only be replaced because they were unable to repair the issue due to TCL not having the necessary part for purchase. With that being said, I would not recommend purchasing without buying the 5 yr. extended warranty, even if you have Total Tech!!!
