Really nice when it worked. Went to a black screen after 16 months (warrantied only a year). Did all troubleshooting with no luck. Better buy the protection with this one!

got the tv with a crack at the lower right of the screen. Didn't notice it because of the nylon covering it and when it started to expand and show black pixels it was after the 15 day return period and bestbuy are unwilling to take responsibility and replace it.

White spots all over the bottom of the screen. We haven’t had the TV up and on for even 6 weeks!! Would not recommend. It’s hard to watch. Will try to return if Best Buy will let me.

I bought this tv but exchange this with another company because the video and sound results and not up to the mark for me. It has not any Dolby Vision and HDR compatibility

Overall, I love the TV and was a great deal for the price. I prefer Roku over other streaming sticks because they are open source and have all streaming platforms available. It was easy to setup the TV and activate my apps. Because I already had a Roku account, some apps automatically were logged in which was nice. The one drawback to the TV is that the wall bracket mounting holes on the back of the TV are very low towards the bottom of the TV. I already had a wall mount installed for my old TV so didn't want to adjust the wall mount itself. Therefore, the TV is positioned higher on the wall than I would like. Considering getting a different type of bracket but for now it works.

These tvs are easy to set up work great and are built to last i am still using them currently in 2025

Nice tv. Good quality but the remote is small and weird. Good value for the price, but I don’t like every time I turn the tv on I have to toggle thru the input and select my cable. Maybe it’s because this is a streaming type tv, idk. I just wish I could turn it on and it stay on my cable channels. That’s what I watch. Has a bunch of other features, but I haven’t explored or used them. I’d still recommend this tv!

Works perfectly! The remote is small and simple. The volume buttons on the side are awkward to use but that’s the only thing I don’t like. It responds immediately, no lag. (Yay!). Tv is easy to set up and navigate. The option to turn off the “soap opera” look was easy to find so the picture quality is great too! So glad I choose TCL brand!

This thing is AWESOME. Kinda funny how much faster and easier to use than the 43" model from 3 years ago. Anyway, lots of inputs, quick transitions between modes, nice color and decent speakers. Overall if you have the space and desire for large TV/display, I'd recommend

Ordered this tv for my mother. She uses it daily and the size and quality was just as described. Easy to set up for her. Not too heavy.

Bought for mom for Mother's Day to replace her old non smart 65" 1080p TV. Simplies her accessing streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu to watch her K-Dramas. Previously had her TV connected to a Chromebox for her to access streaming apps which was a challenge for her to navigate. Considering that, the better 4k picture quality amd the price being half the price of what we paid for her old TV its definitely worth it. Haven't had it long enough to know how reliable it will be but if it lasts as long as her last TV it is a great purchase. By then 8k TVs should be a common thing and a lot cheaper.

Changed to streaming service so purchased this TV with built in Roku. Clear picture, easy set up and use.. great price. Should have bought sooner

It is my first time to use TCL TV in my home and when I went to Bestbuy i didn't know which one to pic I had Samsung in my mind but the price was not in my range. So I saw this 65'' TCL TV with very affordable price (about $ 360) and then I Googled if it is good brand, I found out that compared to other brands TCL is one of the more budget-friendly brands on the market, and since it has Roku and Google TV smart platforms I am able to download many apps. And it has voice control. And the the sound is very good.
