Great Buy

The eArc hdmi input jack works great with my TCL FireTV soundbar and sounds incredible. No need for the external roku box. Works well with my blueray player and cable box. A USB input allows the playing of media from a drive.

TV broke within 1 year TCL and Best Buy wont help

TCL emails me weekly requesting the same info and won’t move forward after I send it. I also bought the $200 a year Best Buy “protection plan”. I used the tv mounting which was not great execution (spend the $200 on a drill and do it yourself) but they also told me that the $200 a year goes to protecting the TV. I called Best Buy first when the issues started and they told me they don’t deal with TV’s that are under a manufacturer warranty which I would understand if the manufacturer would do anything. Regardless I decided to cancel my membership once they said they wouldn’t help me.

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

TCL doesn't care about customers. Initially a repairman was coming in 5-7 business days. Then after 7 calendar days it was determined they would process a new TV in 5-7 more business days.... Why does it take so long to order me a new TV? After the 5-7 day process it was going to take 5-7 more days for the shipment to arrive. I asked multiple times over these 4 weeks why can't you just ship me a new TV overnight. If they cared about customers, they had the power to do this.

DONT BUY

Spend a little bit more for s better quality tv or make sure to get coverage on it. I made the mistake of not getting the coverage and now im paying for it. I would give thid 0 stars if i could. Now it will cost me another 150+ to get it fixed. Strongly don’t recommend buying.

washed out picture
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dont expect an lcd to look like a plasma but the picture of this tv on the vivid setting is a joke! on 50% backlight 50% brightness 100% contrast and 100% color the image is washed out and grey. I have returned the tv.

Slow and Cheaply Made

Screen broke a few days after purchase

Fortunately, BestBuy handled the return and offered an upgraded product due to the inconvenience

Not so good.

I expected a better quality TV
