Worst tv I've ever owned

We've had tcl come work on this tv multiple times and it works for a few days and then the memory or something gets corrupted and they have to replace the motherboard. Still no refunds from best buy or tcl and I just want to scream. Apparently this is something very common with this specific tv.

My only complaint is I cannot use my Samsung sound bar on this TV......or I cant figure out how to hook it up. All in all we were up and running about an hour after purchase. My wife and I like ROKU and all the streaming options. Glad we dumped the satellite "D" services, Finally, only 1 Remote to rule is great. PS : would have easily given 5 star if not for the sound bar
