I love this 65" TV. The guys that installed it were very professional, friendly and went above and beyond. They got all my remotes working to the satellite company and explained how the TV remotes worked.

Perfect for streaming on different apps. You can hook your phone up and use it as the remote which is a cool feature. Overall it’s great for watching tv, movies, and sports. Haven’t tried it with video game consoles yet, though.

sometimes when I turn on the TV I get a strange green static screen. I have to unplug the TV and plug it back in to get rid of the Green mess. other than that irritating annoyance, The TV is great and the picture is good

Bought to replace same TV which went BLACK SCREEN (known problem) 5 days after warranty expired (2 yr 5 days). Bought again because of the 90 minute pause live TV feature which I love. New one software messing up. Black bar with details covers bottom half of screen continually pops up. Very annoying. When using Hulu Netflix etc, keeps crashing and won't replay. EXTREMELY ANNOYED. Either a bad set or bad software. But for the 90 day playback, this would be a one star review.

For a long time, I was skeptical of the TCL brand. After my neighbor recommending it, and after 3 TCL tv purchases, I thought I’d try this deal. It’s perfect!

Love this TV! Hooked up an antenna and it not only found a ton of local stations it also went thru the apps and added a bunch of other channels. In total i have over 200 channels. With a guide too!!

It is a nice TV and it is easy to use. Easy to view the screen, even without my glasses. Would be nice to have a remote with a number keypad to go through the regular channels easier.

it's an okay tv, the picture is great but it is always trying to switch to a different app and if you don't catch it in a few seconds your show is always changing.

Great TV for the price. Only complaint is the signal between the remote & TV is weak compared to other devices like PS4, Switch, etc. So it did require a slight change in habit, but it's a quality TV.

Really nice quality, a sound bar is needed if the room you have it in is larger. Picture is sort of dull in a brightly lit room, nothing turning the lights off won't fix. Overall great TV.

Price of TV was competitive I got this size because I could lift it I chose BEST BUY because it’s local and home delivery service — NO COMPLAINTS (and that is very rare these days)

Great display, has all the apps that I wanted (HBO, netflix, hulu, youtube, peacock, prime, etc.), and the interface is snappy and quick.

The third party folks who came to install the unit looked like they were from the movie "Boyz in the Hood". The wearing wearing clothes to either cut grass or play basketball. I didn't pay for this.

Overall this is a very good tv. It was easy to set up, we love Roku, and it has been reliable. The refresh rate seems to be a bit slow and grainy, but that is to be expected at this price point.

Well. This TV was the best buy ever. i needed 4K so i went for last years model and paid a small amount. I now have a silly TV in my COVID work cave.

This TV is a game changer. I have never had a roku tv and absolutely love it. Was recommended my my son who has many of them throughout his house. Buy. You won’t be disappointed!

I really liked, the room i put this tv has alot of lights and it didnt have any noticeable glares, the volume sounds just fine, everyting is to be expected for the price

I love my TV when i programed it i got so many channals other then the local ones. It's just like being at the moves in your own home.I am going to add sound bar to it soon.

It’s a great set, but some of the tuning options are lacking. There’s no option to disable motion smoothing on the streaming input, so any movies watched on the native Roku apps get that soap opera effect.
