Malfunctioning TV

I willie never do business with them at least not purchase anything online from them!

Terrible cheap TV!

The TV had issues since day 1 (did not return thinking it could be my wifi, it wasn’t). From connecting to the internet, to being fast enough to play Netflix, or any of those apps. It will freeze and kick you out of the app. It has glitches with everything. The quality of the image changes constantly. Will have to go through the insurance I bought from Best Buy even though it’s still under the warranty, that’s how useless TCL is. Do yourself a favor and spend $100 more but get yourself a better brand TV.

Wish I would have stuck with a sony

Picture is not as crisp as expected, volume is extremely touchy, only HDMI cable ports, no coaxial input/output and have had a lot of issues with it jiving with my router.

Volume Control Extremely Slow

But a big and really annoying issue I have is the volume control is WAY too slow. It literally takes 12 seconds to go from 0 to 50% volume.
