    The tv looks great until there a scene that's dark then you see how uneven the panel is. Save and get the TCL 6 series now that a baller tv !

    I am definitely returning this TV. I bought this TV on 02/15/2021 and I am already having issues with it. It keeps displaying an overheating warning message anytime, thereby interrupting my shows.

    Don’t Buy Unless You’re Ready for Constant Issues

    I’ve had this TV less than a year. Although it has great picture, it’s been a horrible experience. It randomly disconnects from wifi, small bugs that cause apps to crash, and now I’ve been suddenly dealing with some recovery mode loop.

    60 days after purchase lost all OTA viewing. Applying for warranty repair. Had TCL Roku TV 65S4 prior to this one. Lasted 3 1/2 years then LED lights burnt out. Not reliable TV.

    My tv came without a REMOTE, LEGS/STAND, A POWER CORD, NOR A MANUAL. I'm very upset that I have to wait until they open tomorrow to advise them that the F'ed up.

    This television has been cutting off and on by itself since we purchased it. Now we have to wait 2 weeks before someone can come out to check it out!!! Its a brand new set!!! It should not need checking out!!! I simply want a new unit!!!
